You will be asked to sign the following when boarding your cat:

I authorise you to call a veterinary surgeon on my behalf should it be necessary and will reimburse you for any expenses incurred which are not covered by the insurance.

I understand that Waterdell Cattery cannot be held responsible for cats not collected within 15 days of the stated departure date if no communication is received from the owner or owner's agents and if all efforts to contact the owner fail.

I agree to pay the boarding fee on collection of the cat and that fees are payable for the full booking should I collect my cat before the due date of departure.
